Single serving eggs

Always begin with a cleared of table or counter

Grab one bowl, a fork , a small rubber spatula a butterknife, a tablespoon, teaspoon , and a small pan to place in your space.

Gather your ingredients ( 5 total)

2 or 3 eggs, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder

Directions

First pull the trash can close to your side for egg shells.

I like to wack one egg at a time with fork to crack because i have more fun that way. When all 2 or 3 eggs are cracked add a tablespoon of water to them and mix with your fork.

Add teaspoon each of salt, pepper , and garlic powder and mix again. Set the eggs bowl down while we slice some butter for the pan use your pinky finger as a guide for thickness.

Once you place butter in your pan it will make a crackeling sound. The instant frying and popping sound that happens is from moisture hitting the pan and instantly cooling so fast that energy needs to escape by popping and sizzling.

Once butter is melted add in your eggs, and count to 15. After 15 seconds pass you are going to lower the heat and stir with your spatula for 1 minute.
